Return & Refund Policy

At BookLightHub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if there is a valid issue with your order.

To be eligible:

  •        The item must be unused and in its original condition
  •         Proof of purchase is required
  •       All return or refund requests must be approved before any item is sent back

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return addresses are provided only if required and after approval.


Refunds (Preferred Resolution)

In most cases, we resolve issues with a refund or replacement rather than requiring a return.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your order is lost during shipping
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is not delivered within 35 days
  • Your delivery is significantly delayed

We may request photo or video evidence to process your claim.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your request is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement, and you may place a new order if needed.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
